Fucina Nexus Foundation is a non-profit foundation registered in Rome. The capital described here is the funds’, never the Foundation’s.
Co-invest in the Genesis ventures.
The Foundation — a non-profit — selects founders and maintains the infrastructure. Your capital goes directly into the companies: pre-assessed deal flow, with verifiable scores.

You invest in the companies
Italian SRLs with innovative-startup status, articles already drafted for the upcoming European company regime (EU Inc), founder on the cap table from day one. The Foundation takes no fund capital: its own channel is philanthropic.

A selection that produces scores
Every founder works through Interaction-as-Assessment©: seven specialized AI agents — ideation, business, technology, legal, talent, capital, growth — with a human interview as the final step. The output is a dossier with verifiable scores and evidence open to inspection line by line. It reaches you by the founder's choice: every dossier you receive comes from someone who has already decided to raise.

Terms at acceptance, incorporation at the LOI
Acceptance fixes the founder's entry terms. The founder releases the dossier to several funds in parallel, which compete on the terms of the co-investment; the first letter of intent triggers the incorporation of the company. Selected companies can access a pre-seed round of USD 50,000–400,000 — always a possibility, never a promise.
Whoever invests in the ecosystem benefits from the return that ai3.studio — the evaluation and support platform — generates over time: every company assessed strengthens the method, and the method feeds the next round of deal flow. The Foundation's shared infrastructure, the 7 Nexi, works in the same direction: portfolio companies inherit it instead of rebuilding it, so capital goes to product instead of overhead.
The Genesis Portfolio is where the thesis becomes companies: seven products, one per archetype, each open to co-investment at its first letter of intent — and each archetype can host more than one company.
Alongside direct co-investment, the ecosystem includes Fininverse: a US investment vehicle in formation — a Delaware limited partnership with operations in Phoenix, Arizona — designed as the capital engine of the ecosystem. The Foundation, as a non-profit, does not invest; Fininverse deploys LP capital into ventures sourced through the Foundation's pipeline, and returns flow to investors.
Write to info@fucinanexus.foundation introducing your fund and investment thesis. From there, the dossiers of ventures open to co-investment are released by their founders — every one you receive comes from someone who has already decided to raise — and terms are built together, in writing, before any commitment.
